Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the UNECORE platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
UNECORE is a software licensing platform for integration with Milestone XProtect VMS. The Service includes the customer portal, CRM system for distributors and resellers, and the license validation API.
3. Software Licenses
Licenses issued by UNECORE are non-transferable and bound to the customer's hardware through a unique machine identifier. Transfer, sublicensing, reverse engineering, or any modification of the licensed software is prohibited.
4. Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of portal access credentials and for all activities performed under your account. Notify UNECORE immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Limitation of Liability
UNECORE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. UNECORE's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
6. Privacy
The handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in that policy.
7. Modification of Terms
UNECORE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the portal. Continued use of the Service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be exclusively submitted to the courts of the District of São Paulo/SP, Brazil.
