1. Data Controller

UNECORE is the controller of personal data collected through the platform. Data Protection Officer contact: suporte@unecore.com.

2. Data Collected

We collect the following data to operate the Service:

• Registration: name, email, phone, tax ID (CNPJ), legal name, trade name
• Licensing: machine identifier (Machine ID), plugin version, access IP
• Portal access: credentials (bcrypt-hashed password), session data
• Technical logs: validation timestamp, IP, API call outcomes

3. Processing Purposes

• Issuance, activation, and validation of software licenses
• Account management and customer portal access
• Communications about updates, renewals, and technical support
• Compliance with legal and contractual obligations
• Fraud prevention and misuse of the Service

4. Legal Basis (LGPD / GDPR-aligned)

Data processing is grounded in contract performance (Art. 7, V of Law 13,709/2018 — Brazilian LGPD, equivalent to GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), controller legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX / GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 7, II / GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)), as applicable to each purpose.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We only share with service providers essential to platform operation (cloud infrastructure, transactional email services), under confidentiality obligations.

6. Data Retention

Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for the minimum period required by law. Access logs are kept for 6 months. Account data is deleted up to 30 days after contract termination, except where legal retention obligations apply.

7. Data Subject Rights

Under LGPD (and equivalent GDPR rights), you have the right to:

• Confirm the existence of processing and access your data
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data
• Request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data
• Object to processing and withdraw consent
• Request data portability

8. Security

We implement technical and administrative measures to protect your data, including in-transit encryption (TLS 1.3), passwords stored with bcrypt hashing, RSA keys for license signing, and API Key-based access control per portal.

9. Cookies

The customer portal uses session cookies (HTTP-only, SameSite=Strict) exclusively for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

10. Changes to This Policy

Material updates will be communicated by email. The effective date is shown at the top of this page.
